RyanI know it's popular in #3dprinting design theory to do print-in-place, where the entire component is printed in one shot. But I think there's value in adopting construction techniques from other medium, like joinery (woodworking). Interlocking tongue and groove slots and a double dovetail can secure a clamshell design without fasteners or adhesive.
