I don't stock my free community pantry with junk either. I don't believe that just because folks may be poor or going through rough financial times - they deserve only cheap crap. I'm stocking with quality items like locally canned salmon, canned asparagus/carrots/dill pickles/beans, canned tuna, pesto, pastas, etc. Free, new small gifts will include small toys, cute fashion accessories, colouring books, mini figurines & more.
