scriptjunkie@52fighters so I got a camera. It wants to be dropped on a network, grab DHCP configs, and then call out to its Chinese servers. Instead, I put it on an isolated network with a laptop with a VM I spun up with a dhcpd, then manually configured IP settings, and hid it behind another of my boxes. Ports are forwarded so I can remotely connect to it but it can't get to anything I haven't forwarded for it.
