no but the one interesting thing about on-line arguments is that we all tend to act like... we're on some sort of a committee I guess? the most common responses to "here's what I'd like personally in my subjective opinion" is often "that's not good design" "that's not economically viable" "that's politics of the kind I oppose"
it's kind of adjacent to like, "the part of you that cringes" and it's not literally "playing the devil's advocate" but it almost is. It is about just how much we've narrowed down our lines of thinking to JUST that. it's almost corporate. "your user story doesn't seem to generate enough value for the shareholders" kinda thinking. but like, people act like this when it is youtube comments and fanart and card game effects
