@j_bertolotti - that's a very interesting question! Noether lost her position in Germany in 1933 when Hitler came to power, and left for the US that year, and teaching at Bryn Mawr (a women's college). Meitner also lost her job in 1933, but hung on in Germany until 1938 thanks to her Austrian citizenship. When Austria was taken over, she fled.
But earlier, I believe Noether was mainly in Goettingen, mainly doing pure mathematics, while Meitner was in Berlin doing experiments in nuclear physics. So they might have never met each other!
