what I have noticed myself is that, when I have reported some account during the last few weeks, either nothing has been done, or your moderators have decided to not do anything about it.

There's also the complaints of people in some instances that at some point have even considered defederating with mastodon.social (although, in all fairnes I only know what the people on those instances said, so I stick with my first point).
