I had to dry all the way out and stay that way because it always snowballs into a daily routine where I'm always drinking to outrun that awful feeling you get when you stop 😏 back then I didn't have a week to tough it out in bed, being paycheck to paycheck with the kind of jobs id be doing forced me to stop altogether. Lots of bad habits carried over from my restaurant days into other things where it's generally frowned upon
