I'm resistant to change in many ways (as I'm currently experiencing with needing to change tools I use) but it fucking frustrates me when people can't accept that things will *have to be different* in the future. Then they try to make me look like a fool or weak willed when I envision changes and different ways of working.

It's just power games! Pointless power games I don't want to play. I want something logical and efficient that makes communication easier and facilitates constructive working relationships. But the working world is so irrational. What farm animal needs to kick me in the head for my ego to increase and for me to start thinking that everything is a game for me to win by taking more control away from other people?
