Most of today was spent dealing with new member verification interviews.

We held six of them.

And we will be welcoming them properly tomorrow.

We are also reevaluating how best to move forward given the influx of new families in Gaza and the rapidly deteriorating situation in Gaza as Israel continues to commit genocide with impunity as the rest of the world and our so-called civilised democracies watch (when not being actively complicit).

I did not withdraw any money from the donations today or make any payments.

We will make a plan on how to proceed tomorrow.

The first week of the Gaza Verified Emergency Appeal is over.

As of this post, we’ve raised $36,520 and distributed $32370.42 to 16 families.

Thank you so much for your support.

You have already made a difference where our “democratically-elected governments” have done absolutely fuck all.

I love every one of you who stands with the Palestinian people in their darkest hour.

You don’t have to ask yourselves what you would have been doing during the Holocaust. You already are. For better or worse.
