Urzl@br00t4c Why would harsher punishment deter a schizophrenic having a schism? They're literally having a psychotic episode and incapable of determining what's real and what isn't so there's really no law or argument going to prevent this kind of attack.
The only effective measure here is to treat mental illness with the kind of rigor and kindness that would support them so they don't get to this place.
