Aight, Imma break some ethical rules here.

The cankles on POTUS. They’re a problem. Before I was pretty unimpressed. Old folks get venous insufficiency all the time. The photos I’ve seen this week would be pretty amazingly bad venous insufficiency in someone doing *nothing* to help. No compression socks, diuretics, ablations, nothing. Seems unlikely. That dude has at least 3+ BLE edema. Probably heart failure, although could be kidneys. Liver less likely without jaundice, although possible.
