Can they arbitrarily just hold a minor like that without contacting other family?

are they acting like some kind of Third World Junta and basically holding the four year-old as some kind of bait and how is that not kidnapping?

And is there something within the ADA that prohibits this kind of thing of people with disabilities?

I am a pediatric critical care, Transport nurse, and we have a lot of of our kiddos that we transport have autism and interrupting Their routines is devastating for them and their families. These jackbooted thugs may have set this kid back quite a lot simply with the trauma.
