David HoDistrict Judge Royce Lamberth in D.C. halted the Trump regime's order to stop construction of the Revolution Wind project, writing that the project developers are likely to succeed in their lawsuit against the regime and are “likely to suffer irreparable harm in the absence of an injunction.” He also wrote that “maintaining the status quo by granting an injunction is in the public’s interest.”
