If you need an emergency instance I can provide you a space on my personal one or spin up a dedicated one for accounts from Gaza who face limitations on other instances.

Otherwise you can probably check any instances on https://gaza-verified.org/guide/#servers, I see that techhub is not listed there and they probably never explicitly pledged support to accounts from Gaza...
