@lvvhate What's amusing and I think what normal people have yet to realize (despite Luigi's obvious innocence) is that if the feds are going to punish someone entirely unrelated to the actual killing, it means copycats ought to feel like it would be safe to continue the Claims Adjuster's legacy.
