Now do I think these people were going around intentionally and willingly murdering their patients? Not necessarily, even for someone with sociopathic tendencies there would still be some hangups with premeditated murder, but what if someone presented to the ER with a MAGA hat on or a crucifix, or some other distinctly "CHUD" coded item and the nurse just subconsciously decided to give 90% effort instead of 100%. The alarm in the room goes off and she waits an extra 30 seconds to go in and boom, the patient dies. How often does something like that happen in the states?
