"With bureaucracy, everyone has to follow the rules" that sounds nice and all, but we have a nightmare ton of rules and it seems like the rules have been set now that bad and horrible people just keep on hitting on rules that just darn o'll let em go!

This "trust the bureaucracy" shit was wearing thin in like 2000 or something, but now it's just insanity to try and pull it.
