Molletes
This pretty bread is from Antequera in Spain. Look at the photo. They have very pale brown color. Do you want to say they are undercooked? No, they are completely baked. This is the characteristic of molletes.
Just spreading some butter or your favorite jam is the excellent way to enjoy this bun. Molletes is also great for sandwiches.
