There's a few cars in the car park, but a lot of open tarmac. I think we're in #Perth, but I cannot be more specific. The sky is blue and it's sunny.
The video is low quality and blurry. I would suggest taken by whatever Windows Phone I was using 12 years ago. But, it does look like I still had some hair back then.
Heeley's are sneaker-style shoes but with a small wheel, similar to a skateboard wheel, embedded in the heal. With a bit of practice they allow you to lean back on your heels and trundle along. Novices will spend a lot of time on their arse, hurting everything. Best practiced on smooth, soft surfaces.
