    @skinnylatte I could only guess maybe some very subtle differences in metabolism and exocrine systems and whatnot: I notice most people find my preferred level of saltiness way too much, some of it I think is just autism and wanting intense sensations/flavors. But I've always been that way with salty stuff, sour stuff I'm now learning often contains potassium or other things I have a hard time getting into my diet or I guess "process out" quickly?

    Like I'm 99% I don't have a salt-wasting issue, I feel like we'd have known since I was born if I did, but some things, if I don't get lots of it, I just start feeling not so well. Might be similar stuff inverted, dietary needs for particular ways we've adapted or come out.
