On the subject of #Tromsø 's city buses... I didn't use them much, so I can't really draw a conclusion. However, I got the impression that they run quite frequently and are in use.
In contrast, city buses at the airport seem not to be priority (yes, I know the express buses run from a more central location, but the city buses cover more routes). #BlankSpots
