CyningstanI've finally made a proper effort to move from Chrome to Vivaldi on my PC. Recently I was suffering from degraded Internet performance, like 5-10% of normal speed, and suspected hardware. Turns out the degraded performance was only in Chrome. Command line speed test tool confirmed OS and hardware weren't at fault. Initial impression of Vivaldi is positive.
