    I'll probably go there again on Friday. Hoping they ask me to sign another NDA just so I can ask if that's a No Ducks Agreement.

      Attached: 3 images As part of inducting new employees to our organization I have a short session with them (think project managers, sales etc) on how to approach #NDA or #confidentiality requests* from customers / partners. Attached the supporting slides. I'm sharing them as multiple people here have asked to see them. If they're useful feel free to copy the content :-) *The concept is to transform a bullish "sign NDA or we can't continue!" demand into a useful dialogue with an outcome that works for all.
