Unfortunately with 26°C I couldn't even get to 1h of #running 😟🥵
My Achilles tendon started bothering me again. I haven't run at all last week, nevertheless I have logged 16k - 20k steps/day, most of which with 4-5 kg of equipment on my shoulders.
I'm not feeling confident about the HM. My ultimate plan will now involve:
➡️ pool sessions (1h aquajogging + 30' swimming) 2x/week
➡️ long run 1x/week
➡️ strength sessions 2x/week
