They only done protest that most normal people would agree with like the Waukesha and ethen limming protest. Unless they can arrest or suppress everyone about NJP they risk popular protest about their arrest like what happened with the Nazi party during the Weimar years.

Remember that a lot of people in government are out of touch and believe that most Republican constituents are just one step away from goose stepping.
