if someone reinstalled fedi server software on the same domain hosting single-user instance, and therefore those who were following them now had wrong keys, how can an admin on a mastodon server expire/refresh those keys for that specific domain?

on gts this is possible with "expire keys" for a specific domain.

(please don't respond about how reuse of domain shouldn't be done in the first place, this is not the question i'm asking)
