According to blog.bestai.com (linked above) and https://dev.to/nilanth/how-much-energy-does-chatgpt-use-per-prompt-a-look-at-its-hidden-environmental-costs-2j3a the energy usage for one prompt is somewhere between 5Wh and 10Wh, whereas making a cup of tea with a kettle costs something like 50Wh.
