A lot has happened on the project since the SEPA checklist was written. Construction has been moved to the 2027 construction season. We plan to break ground in late Q1 or early Q2 that year. Since reaching the 30% design milestone in September of 2023, we have been working through some complex right-of-way and utility items on the project that have impacted the design schedule.
