BACK UP YOUR DATABASE
You’re on a very old version of Pleroma. Upgrade Pleroma first, in steps. You might be able to go straight to v2.0. Then go to 2.1, then 2.2, then 2.3, etc until you’re up to date.
Add Rebased as a git remote. Pull the develop branch, and run migrations again. It should just work.
