It's bad character. People can recognize a bad leader and make a risk/reward decision to tie themselves to the fate of that leader and their projects. The ones who don't have that discernment will sign up with any personality that fills the void of their absent father.

If you're going to have a "movement" with the explicit goal of challenging the power system, you should expect to die for the "cause". Shitty leaders will execute a shitty cause and people will lose their lives for nothing.

And you are emblematic of an incredibly immature movement with immature, petty, squabbling leaders.
