Are there alternative "welcome portals" to Mastodon & the fediverse that are more _selective_ in which servers they advertise based on what the moderation standards and practices are?

I know about directories like instances.social, the-federation.info, etc. -- but all of these actually appear to be _more_ inclusive than even JoinMastodon's weak server covenant.
