A group called DeFlock has a database of locations for all the ALPRs:</p><p><a href="https://deflock.me/" rel="nofollow noreferrer">https://deflock.me/</a></p><p>They’re using <a href="https://en.osm.town/@openstreetmap">@openstreetmap</a> to source the data. And they have an app that you can fire up in your car that will hunt for Bluetooth signals from these cameras (unfortunately it’s Android only). They call this “wardriving.”</p><p>When found, they’re queued up to be added to the database.
