AC troubles...
I learned some new things today, that the AC in my apartment set to 70f with 87 on it;s thermostat, constantly on but unable to keep up with cooling my under 400sq foot room, and the landlord's agent is saying there's nothing more they can do, that the 18000 btu is 'too big' to fit into the area the 16000 is at.

My roommate googled some of this stuff, a 16000 should be able to cool, but it's 87f in here...

Maintanance offered to come check out the AC again, tomorrow.
