McNadoMDAs I have said before regarding Gaza, and cities in Ukraine, and now Tehran — you don’t evacuate a city without casualties. Nursing home patients, people who need dialysis or ventilators or even just oxygen tanks, newborns — some of them will die. Moving hospitals always places patients at risk. Forcing an entire city to evacuate is just killing civilians for the sake of it. There is no excuse. We have precision munitions for a reason.
