@ezra@noord-brabant.pl @h@hoorny.nl I know this sucks to hear if you had issues with harassment, but honestly don't think harassment is even close to being one of the the biggest issues of social media.

Only a small percentage of users face harassment, similar to real life bullying mechanics which is honestly what I think it should be compared to.

The real issues that everyone on modern day big tech social media faces have everything to do with how their recommendation algorithms work and how misleading they are. Even most of the harassment I think you can safely say is also caused by this.

Seriously big tech is abusing their power of getting to decide what everyone sees and is using it for profit. Either using to gain political power, or by making people insecure so they buy specific products to make more money.

On big tech social media you have no control over what you get to see. They decide for you.
