5. I finally open by medical ID card. It’s a tiny JPG with tiny tiny text in a small, hard to read font. There’s no option to copy and paste my ID and group and phone number. So I have to memorize a bunch of digits, switch apps to my medical supplies provider, type the numbers I can recall, and switch back. The app switcher clears the screen from the Cigna app so I have to fully switch back to it and wait for the screen to reload to see the next set of digits.
