Without government, warlords run everything, any system you create to control warlords becomes the government, then the government needs funding, then the people demand more and more from the government and then we are right back here again. The only answer is limited government enforced by the people, we shirked our duties long ago on the promise of free shit and an ever increasing life of ease...
