I have no doubt, especially since the legislature is presently out of session, that one will almost immediately, and those two seats aren't particularly wavering in terms of support.
With the senate and house split the way they are, though, this seems like a possible attempt to push Democrats into quieting down and not voting, or voting with the Republicans, terrorism if ever there was. If a chilling effect takes hold, then that could swing the effective control back to the Republicans, even if the state's blue on paper.
