    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tbs oregano
    1 tbs thyme
    1 tsp allspice

    Makes an awesome gyro seasoning. I used 2lbs ground lamb, and about 2 tbs of the seasoning, plus squeeze half a small lemon. Fantastic lamb meatballs.
