@sickburnbro That was always the devil's compromise: the U.S. would allow Mexico to ship their human debris in and then ship money back so that the Mexican narco state wouldn't collapse in chaos. Where Mexico really dropped the ball was letting other countries in on it's grift; they should have had an Israeli style lobbying arm that sought to keep all brown people who weren't Mexican from coming into the U.S.
