Moritz Bartl@evan I was under the impression that it simply couldn't since neither USA nor Israel are within its jurisdiction/mandate, but it indeed looks like Palestine is, which obviously neither Israel nor USA accept as a sovereign state but the ICC does, so you're right, they could.
Recommendation for "The Reckoning" still standing; makes for a great real world 'thriller'. :)
