John Francis 🦫🇨🇦🍁💪⬆️@evan I lean slightly towards judicial having more in-the-moment power, and less for the executive. Long term, the legislature should be the most powerful, with the power to rewrite any laws, subject to processes, that they also ultimately control.
I think the executive in the.Canadian system gets too easy a ride from the judiciary, and is too cozy with the legislature.
