David WilkinsI can’t find the original post now but when I first featured the Bristol 401 I re-upped yesterday, someone said the old vertical BMW kidney style grille reminded them of the tall grilles with concealed headlamps seen on pre-war Peugeots. Here’s a good example - a lovely Peugeot 202 I saw at the Bremen Classic Motorshow in 2014. This was a very streamlined look when the 202 was introduced in 1938.
