    Auf Nachfrage erklärte das BMWE dazu, die Forderung der Ministerin beziehe sich nicht nur auf Gasheizungen, die vor 1991 eingebaut wurden, sondern auf alle, die über 30 Jahre alt seien. Für diese sieht das GEG in §72 ebenfalls ein Betriebsverbot vor. (5/11) https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/geg/__72.html
