     Imagine if the Right to Privacy was enshrined in the Bill of Rights, and what it could prevent. Imagine back to when the state could only count windows as a proxy for an income tax. Imagine how much government overreach becomes unconstitutional. Imagine back to a time when merely counting humans by the census was considered an invasion of rights. Yes, privacy was once an established right.
