   @alex I'm having a bit of trouble with rebased right now.
   
   Look at https://social.uden.ai/ it still shows the 'install soapbox' panel despite me installing soapbox various times with the exact commands on the install page.
   
   But as you can see, through a webapp on my phone I can somehow still access it and post things. I'm so confused.
   
   The only thing that I changed from the standard installation tutorial on your page is importing a previous (pleroma) database before migrating!
   
   Any clue what on God's green earth is happening?

     That’s pretty unusual. Even your database config shouldn’t interfere with it.

     Does /opt/pleroma/instance/static/index.html exist? Also, is /opt/pleroma/instance/static configured as your static dir?

     Could be set in config/prod.secret.exs:

     config :pleroma, :instance, static_dir: "/home/alex/Projects/rebased/instance/static"

     Could also be set in your database under the config table. Might be possible to edit through AdminFE. (But if you don’t remember changing that, you probably didn’t.)

     I haven't looked but when migrating from otp version the source ones have different config locations (i.e. /etc/pleroma/config.exs vs config/prod.secret.exs) and if you try to apply settings they won't take effect

     @e @Erik Indeed, if it was previously installed as an OTP release and then the config was imported via the database… that could happen.
