   I'm tired of seeing people I care about grinded up in toxic environments while trying to pursue and develop their passions in the name of survival. We need to do this ourselves. We can do this ourselves.

     How do you know a security company doesn't know shit about shit? "Bachelor's Degree required." I can teach someone to write a report, what I can't teach is the passion and love for this. They're losing out on a lot of great people who weren't blessed with a spawn point to even consider pursuing a degree, who's skill development was driven by curiosity and survival. Fuck 'em! Their loss is our gain. Welcome to the steering committee.
