   ... and I'd like to care less but this is just too funny, because he literally disconnected without warning from a Space when he couldn't justify his position, then shut down the space and tried to erase any record of it from the whole birdsite (but failed, because the internet forgets nothing) ?

     Small men do this routinely; hound women who speak truth, make them a running joke, belittle them, chip away at their credibility with a steady flow of put-downs and false claims no one has time to dispute (diverting your resources in that way is part of the game).

     And it has little to do with gender and everything to do with power. White men happen to be the people who have power and know how to keep it at any cost, so this is what we see. It's regressive and harms everyone
