      Hotspot Energy makes a device that captures heat from HVAC for hot water heating. Capturing heat from computers is very much off-label but should be possible. See https://www.hotspotenergy.com/residential-heat-recovery-water-heaters/

      @darnell to the best of my knowledge to be granted planning permission in Ireland, any new data centers need to been linked into district heating. The Amazon one near my folks heats apartments and local government buildings.
