   @EffreyJepstein we immediately get into fucked up dehumanizing territory with it replicating your voice and shit, I just meant more simple stuff so that people who can't afford massive analog gear can have a good approximation of its process in software

     @augustus Although there are interesting possibilities that ai has for sound applications. Like imagine an ai that harmonizes with you according to the key you're actually playing in, with a similar tone, and in a similar style.

     do you think you can build a machine learning model for analog amplification equipment, like saturation and such. feel in terabytes of labelled raw vs amplified audio and then you can have a digital representation of the process. these AI toys are all about images these days and not many about audio
